The DYSEN project (which stands for the German long title “Dynamische Sentimentanalyse als emotionaler Kompass für die digitale Medienlandschaft), funded by the Stadt Wien within the “Digital Humanism” call, is a cooperation project together with the TU Wien (coordination), the University of Vienna and the Austrian Academy of Sciencs and is embedded in the context of the DYLEN project. In this project, we will create a tool in order to detect the change of emotional polarization of politicians in Austrian Newspapers. This will help to see trends and explore differences between media types and single newspapers. The data used for this study is a subcorpus the Austrian Media Corpus (AMC) with topic related to Vienna.
